Equipment and Technological Lines for
Wastewater Treatment Plants
We offer and deliver both complete technological lines for municipal and industrial wastewater treatment plants, as well as individual devices and components for technological installations as part of modernisation or refurbishment projects.
We are the exclusive distributor in Poland of Hydria Water AB (Sweden), SSI Aeration Systems (USA), and world-class air bearing blowers from TurboWin (South Korea).
Production and assembly of equipment and complete lines are carried out in our modern production hall of over 2,500 m², which includes a dedicated test station for gate leakage and pressure testing.
Our equipment is characterised by high efficiency, durability, and reliability. We cooperate with top-tier component suppliers, including manufacturers of motors, bearings, gearboxes, and control and measurement systems.
We have implemented, certified, and maintain quality management systems in the following areas:
• Welding processes in accordance with PN-EN ISO 3834-2,
• Welding of steel and aluminium structures in accordance with EN 1090-2 and EN 1090-3.
In our in-house pickling facility, we subject all stainless and acid-resistant steel components to thorough pickling and passivation processes, which provide primary protection against corrosion.
The selection of devices or entire process lines is preceded by an analysis of the current and projected conditions at the facility. As part of our equipment selection service, we also offer:
• Technological and structural design,
• Electrical and automation design,
• Structural components,
• Installation and commissioning,
• Operational supervision.
All production processes are carried out with respect for environmental protection and workplace safety, with particular attention to waste management, hygiene, and occupational health and safety.
We strive to ensure that our equipment and solutions are SMART – meaning cost-effective in both CAPEX and OPEX for the End user.
