We analyse process documentation and detailed design for optimisation, verifying:
• Pipe lengths, diameters, connection types (welded, flanged), quantity of fittings (elbows, tees, reducers),
• Placement of supports and valves,
• Sealed wall penetrations.
As part of our operations:
• We perform welding using TIG 141, MMA 111, MAG 135, and laser welding methods,
• We weld pipes with wall thicknesses up to 12 mm and diameters up to 1200 mm,
• We apply our own certified welding technology (WPQR, WPS),
• We operate in accordance with ISO 3834 and ISO 1090 standards,
• We conduct visual weld inspections (VT) as part of our quality control procedures.
