Commissioning and Trial Operation
We provide services in the commissioning and start-up of technological systems as well as complete wastewater treatment plants. Our offer also includes operator training, preparation of Operating Instructions, and conducting control tests of wastewater and sludge.
During the start-up and initial operation phase, we optimise process parameters and improve the efficiency of wastewater treatment, sludge fermentation, or sludge processing.
We form a strong project team working in close collaboration with the General Contractor, the Client, and the Design Office.
Our team includes experienced specialists in various disciplines: process engineers, mechanical engineers, automation engineers, and electrical engineers.
Our engineers have extensive experience in:
• Reviewing and analysing design documentation,
• Verifying compliance with technical documentation,
• Performing tests on assembled systems,
• Applicable regulations regarding start-up procedures and occupational health & safety,
• Preparing Operating Manuals for wastewater treatment plants and Workstation Instructions for individual facilities,
• Conducting the technological start-up process and cultivating activated sludge in biological reactors or fermentation chambers.
