PIPING
Technological piping is a critical component of the infrastructure in industrial facilities, wastewater treatment plants, water treatment stations, and external transmission networks.
Our experienced teams of welders and installers ensure full execution of piping systems—from material supply to final installation, verified with a successful pressure test.
As part of our services, we:
• Analyse process documentation and execution designs for optimisation, reviewing:
• Lengths, diameters, connection types (welded, flanged), quantity of fittings (elbows, tees, reducers),
• Support and valve arrangement,
• Sealed wall penetrations.
• Weld using TIG 141, MMA 111, MAG 135, and laser welding methods,
• Weld pipes with wall thicknesses up to 12 mm and diameters up to 1200 mm,
• Apply our own certified welding procedures (WPQR, WPS),
• Work in accordance with ISO 3834 and ISO 1090 standards,
• Conduct visual weld inspections (VT) as part of quality control.

PASSIVATION
Our comprehensive passivation process includes:
• Degreasing surfaces and removing iron particles and other contaminants from stainless steel,
• Pickling to eliminate heat tint and reduce internal stress,
• Passivation as the final stage, restoring the protective layer on stainless steel.
The result is a uniform oxide film across the entire surface, providing essential corrosion resistance for acid-resistant steels.
We offer passivation for elements of the following dimensions:
• Immersion bath process: up to 1950 × 950 × 500 mm,
• Spray process: up to 10 m × 2.5 m – spray pickling.

GATE TESTING (PRESSURE TESTING OF PENSTOCKS)
The purpose of penstock pressure testing is to verify the seal integrity and mechanical strength of the gate structure and its sealing elements under simulated operational conditions.
The complete penstock is tested on a dedicated test stand. The test may be performed on one or both sides, depending on the expected direction of pressure during operation.
Pressure testing has become a standard requirement in the industry, ensuring leak-tightness and reliability before installation.
