Process Piping
Process piping is a key element of the infrastructure in industrial facilities, wastewater treatment plants, water treatment stations, and external transmission networks. Our experienced teams of welders and installers ensure comprehensive execution of piping systems – from material supply to installation and successful pressure and leakage testing.
We analyse the technological documentation and detailed design for optimisation, verifying:
• lengths, diameters, types of connections (welded, flanged), number of fittings (elbows, tees, reducers),
• placement of supports and valves,
• sealed wall penetrations for tanks.
As part of our services:
• We perform welding using TIG 141, MMA 111, MAG 135, and laser welding methods.
• We weld pipes with wall thicknesses up to 12 mm and diameters up to 1200 mm.
• We have developed our own certified welding procedures (WPQR, WPS).
• All work is carried out in accordance with ISO 3834 and ISO 1090 standards.
• As part of our quality control, we perform visual weld inspections (VT).
