Compact, Modular Wastewater Treatment Plants
We offer compact, modular wastewater treatment plants of the ELA type, which have been operating successfully for over 20 years in towns and villages across Poland and abroad.
ELA is a technology based on a compact biological reactor, designed for the treatment of domestic, agricultural, and industrial wastewater with flow capacities ranging from 50 to 4,000 m³/day.
ELA reactors can be designed in two configurations:
• Continuous flow – Type C (Continuous Flow Reactor),
• Intermittent flow – Type B (Sequencing Batch Reactor).
Both configurations can incorporate either the A/O or A2/O biological treatment process.
Additionally, an anaerobic sludge digestion and stabilisation module can be integrated into both systems, with efficiency depending on the size of the treatment plant.
The reactor tank can be installed either below ground level (recessed) or above ground, and is available in reinforced concrete or steel construction.
Key advantages of our modular wastewater treatment plants include:
• Simple design and easy operation,
• Low energy consumption,
• Possibility of system expansion by adding modules,
• Full automation of mechanical and biological components, with remote monitoring capabilities.
As part of the plant selection process, we offer an assessment of the current and projected conditions at the site, along with the development of a complete technological design for the treatment system.
