Sludge Stabilisation and Hygienisation Systems
For technological and sanitary reasons, sludge must undergo a stabilisation and hygienisation process, typically involving effective mixing with quicklime, sawdust, bark, or the use of thermal methods.
This process results in:
• A reduction of pathogenic organisms to levels compliant with regulatory standards,
• Suppression of biological activity responsible for odours and gas emissions,
• Reduced water content and increased dry matter content in the sludge,
• Deactivation and immobilisation of heavy metals,
• Improved handling and transport properties of the sludge.
We offer the following sludge stabilisation and hygienisation solutions:
• Storage tanks (silos) with complete equipment,
• Dosing and conveying conveyors,
• Sludge-lime mixers,
• Sludge dryers,
• Sludge pasteurisation units,
• Installation and commissioning services.
Depending on the requirements, equipment can be supplied in hermetically sealed and/or heated versions.
As part of the equipment selection process, we provide an assessment of the existing and projected conditions at the site, along with the development of a technological design for the sludge treatment line.
The following product sheets are available in Polish only. If you would like to review them or have any questions, please contact our team.
