Screenings Separation
The removal of solid contaminants and suspended solids, known as screenings, is the first and crucial stage of municipal and industrial wastewater treatment. Screenings must be effectively separated to ensure proper operation of downstream processes at the treatment plant.
We offer:
• preparation of process design documentation,
• step screens, rake screens, counter-flow screens, basket screens, and manual screens,
• integrated screen-grit and grease separators for the removal of mineral fractions, screenings, and floating fats,
• drum screens – disc filters,
• screenings conveying and dewatering: screenings presses with or without washing function, conveyors with integrated compaction,
• screenings hygienisation systems.
As part of the equipment or complete system selection process, we offer an analysis of the current and projected conditions at the facility, along with preparation of a comprehensive process design for screenings removal, transport, thickening, and dewatering systems.
The following product sheets are available in Polish only. If you would like to review them or have any questions, please contact our team.
