Isolation and Flow Control Valves

To regulate wastewater flow—required in nearly all wastewater treatment processes—we offer the following solutions:
• custom process and structural design,
• channel, wall-mounted, and overflow penstocks for flow shut-off or regulation,
• overflow weirs with triangular (Thompson), rectangular (Bazin), or trapezoidal notches used for flow control and measurement based on empirically defined relationships between notch dimensions and the height of overflowing liquid,
• stop logs (shandors) for emergency flow closure with low tightness,
• tilting and telescopic weirs, allowing users to control liquid levels in tanks and drain supernatant,
• flow splitters.

To ensure leak tightness of our valves, all penstocks are subjected to leakage testing. Our testing station is designed for standard pressure tests up to 6 mH₂O.

As part of the equipment or complete system selection process, we offer an analysis of the current and projected conditions at the facility, along with preparation of a comprehensive process design for isolation and flow control systems.
