We are pleased to announce the successful completion of another project delivered by Smart Waste Technologies. Commissioned by WODKAN S.A., we carried out a comprehensive refurbishment of the secondary clarifier scraper OWT ZURc 36A, located at the Wastewater Treatment Plant in Rąbczyn. The works were officially accepted by both the Investor and the Operator, meeting the highest quality standards and all project requirements.
The scope of the project included a full range of refurbishment activities aimed at restoring full functionality, improving operational reliability, and enhancing the efficiency of the secondary clarifier. As part of the works, we completed:
- replacement of the floating sludge scraper along with all fastening elements attached to the travelling bridge,
- replacement of the bottom sludge scraper together with guiding trolleys,
- installation of new tie rods and turnbuckles,
- installation of new fastening and mounting components,
- replacement of the central column deflector along with complete mounting to the travelling bridge.
