Renovation of the aeration system involving the replacement of PIK300 diffusers in one aeration line at the KOCZ Wastewater Treatment Plant in Brzeg.
Scope of work:
• Preparation of the activated sludge chamber by removing residual wastewater mixed with activated sludge to a level that allows diffuser replacement while ensuring safe conditions for proper installation, including cleaning of the aeration grid.
• Dismantling of existing diffusers – 1090 units.
• Preparation of aeration grids for installation of new diffusers.
• Delivery and installation of new diffusers – 1090 units of AFD350-E manufactured by SSI.
• Disposal of removed diffusers along with membranes.
