Renovation of the wastewater treatment plant in Tomaszów Lubelski
Scope of work:
- Renovation of the sand separator-washer station.
Scope of renovation:
- Disassembly of the existing sand separator-washer and control cabinet
- Delivery and installation of a new sand separator-washer selected based on an average daily wastewater flow rate of Qavg = 8439 m³/d and a maximum hourly flow of Qmax = 600 m³/h
- Delivery and installation of a new control cabinet
- Commissioning of the installed equipment
- Integration of the equipment with the existing instrumentation and automation systems at the treatment plant
- Renovation of the hydrophore unit station.
Scope of renovation:
- Disassembly of the existing hydrophore unit and control cabinet
- Delivery and installation of a new hydrophore unit
- Delivery and installation of a new control cabinet
- Commissioning of the installed equipment
- Integration of the equipment with the existing instrumentation and automation systems at the treatment plant
- Renovation of the sewage sludge transport and hygienization station.
Scope of renovation:
- Disassembly of the existing sludge and lime conveyors, and the sludge-lime mixer
- Delivery and installation of new conveyors, including connection of Conveyor No. 3 to the existing system allowing relocation on the storage yard, as well as installation of the lime conveyor to the existing silo and a new sludge-lime mixer
- Delivery and installation of a new sludge-lime mixer
- Delivery and installation of new mixer blades in the existing lime silo
- Delivery and installation of a new control cabinet
- Commissioning of the installed equipment
- Integration of the sludge transport and hygienization station with the existing sludge dewatering station, instrumentation, and automation systems at the treatment plant
