On 1 July 2025, at the headquarters of WODKAN Water and Wastewater Utility S.A., located at 27 Partyzancka Street in Ostrów Wielkopolski, a meeting was held between representatives of WODKAN S.A. and Smart Waste Technologies.
During the meeting, an agreement was signed for the execution of the task entitled “Overhaul of the Secondary Settler Scraper OWT, Type ZURc 36A, at the Rąbczyn Wastewater Treatment Plant”.
The scope of works includes a comprehensive refurbishment of the scraper, comprising, among others:
- replacement of the scum rake with its fasteners to the travelling bridge,
- replacement of the sludge rake with its guide carriages,
- replacement of tie rods and tensioners,
- installation of new fasteners and fixings,
- replacement of the central column deflector, including its mounting to the travelling bridge.
The completion of this project will improve the reliability and efficiency of the wastewater treatment process at the Rąbczyn facility. We extend our thanks for the trust placed in us and are pleased to commence cooperation with WODKAN S.A.
