Today, we move to the second pillar of our business: the Service Centre, where we deliver comprehensive execution, modernization, and development works for water and wastewater treatment and industrial installations.
• Manufacturing services
Within our manufacturing services, we carry out a wide range of workshop and assembly works that enable the preparation and execution of technological installation components.
This includes, among others:
• design and manufacturing of technological components,
• welding of steel structures and pipelines,
• turning, milling, and bending of steel elements,
• assembly of equipment and subassemblies,
• piping works,
• surface passivation and treatment,
• pressure testing and quality control.

• Piping and process installations
We deliver comprehensive works related to the fabrication and installation of pipelines and technological systems in wastewater treatment plants and industrial facilities. This includes both the prefabrication of pipeline elements and their on-site installation, as well as the integration of media transport systems within complete technological lines. We also perform installation and modernization works, adapting existing systems to new technological and operational requirements, ensuring their safe and efficient operation.

• Modernization of existing technological process lines
One of the key areas within our Service Centre is the modernization of existing wastewater treatment plants and industrial installations. Our scope includes replacement and upgrading of equipment, optimization of process line performance, and adaptation of installations to current environmental and operational standards. These modernization works also improve efficiency and reliability, ensuring long-term and stable operation of the facilities.

• Research & Development
Our Research & Development department is responsible for creating and improving new technologies as well as optimizing existing solutions. We conduct research work, process testing, and technological analyses that support the development of equipment and systems used in the water and wastewater sector. A key part of our R&D activity is also innovation implementation and continuous improvement of wastewater treatment processes in response to evolving market and regulatory requirements.

• Commissioning and trial operation
We provide comprehensive support during the final stage of investment implementation, including commissioning and stabilization of technological processes. Our activities cover process adjustment and optimization, operator training, and supervision during the initial operation period. Our goal is to achieve the required design parameters and ensure a safe and efficient start-up of the installation.

• Automation and SCADA (integrated services)
Within the Service Centre, we also deliver automation and SCADA-related works, both in new investments and in modernization projects. These include integration and expansion of control systems, automation upgrades, process visualization development, and operational as well as service support. This ensures coherent and efficient management of technological processes throughout the entire lifecycle of the installation.
